About Tracy

As a Property Officer at Brand Property, Tracy plays an important role in supporting the effective management of rental properties across the Central Coast. She conducts routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections, ensuring each inspection is completed thoroughly and the condition of every property is accurately documented.

With a background in office administration and around eight years of experience in the real estate industry, Tracy brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail and practical industry knowledge to her role. She understands the importance of clear reporting and reliable communication in helping property managers, landlords and tenants remain informed.

Tracy particularly enjoys the variety her role provides. From meeting new people and visiting a diverse range of properties to spending time out on the road, no two days are quite the same. Her friendly, professional approach helps tenants feel comfortable during inspections while ensuring landlords receive clear and useful information about their investment properties.

As a valued member of the Brand Property team, Tracy is committed to completing every inspection with care, consistency and professionalism. Her experience and dependable approach contribute to the high standard of property management service provided to clients.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time outdoors, being out on the water and making the most of every opportunity to travel in the family caravan.
