Having grown up on the northern end of the Central Coast and now living in Lake Macquarie, Kyanne brings valuable local knowledge and a genuine appreciation for the communities she serves. Combined with more than 20 years of customer-service experience, this gives her a strong foundation for her property management role at Brand Property.

Kyanne is passionate about building genuine, lasting relationships and delivering professional, reliable and personalised service to landlords and tenants. Her approachable nature and ability to understand each client’s individual needs help create a positive property management experience built on trust and clear communication.

With a proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail, Kyanne works hard to make property ownership and renting as smooth and stress-free as possible. She understands the importance of keeping clients informed, responding promptly and finding practical solutions to the varied situations that can arise when managing rental properties.

Her extensive customer-service background has equipped her with strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. As part of the Brand Property team, Kyanne is committed to providing dependable support and achieving positive outcomes for clients throughout the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie regions.

Outside of work, Kyanne values spending quality time with her family.
